GAP Technologies’s journey began with engineering and evolved through the design and manufacture of advanced extrusion and blown film lines, including single-, double-, and multi-bubble lines. Leveraging continuous research and development, the company expanded its expertise into the production of high-performance barrier shrink films for meat and cheese packaging. Today, the combination of technological innovation, material expertise, and decades of experience has led to the development of a state-of-the-art blown film plant featuring a circular coextrusion die with microlayer technology and nine extruders, enabling the production of advanced polyolefin films with structures of up to 27 layers.

Up to 27 layers make more thinner film
The 27-layer blown film technology developed by us, represents a major advancement in polyolefin film production. Thanks to the integration of microlayer technology with a circular coextrusion die, different materials can be alternated with exceptional precision throughout the film structure, delivering enhanced mechanical performance and unprecedented design flexibility. Today, this technology is a fully industrialized and commercially available solution, enabling the production of highly engineered films with virtually unlimited structural configurations.
