New year… New project!

In the R&D center of Trecate we have installed an high-tech line of 27-layer blown film with unlimited film structure possibilities. With this newsletter we want to invite you to come and visit and see for yourself the performance of this new technology!

The new 27-layer bubble line will be ready for demonstrations at our headquarters in Trecate Novara where other triple bubble lines are installed. The 27-layer bubble line is an absolute novelty because it uses the microlayer technology which, adapted to the circular head, allows you to alternate different materials to increase the mechanical characteristics of the films and consequently reduce the thickness. Thanks to the installed power blocks we can generate more film structures. The line you see has 9 extruders, head diameter 400 mm 27 layers with various feeding blocks, automatic thickness adjustment ring, oscillating table, crown tractor and double 1,600 mm winder.
